How do I track my order?
Open My Orders. When a rider is on the way you will see live tracking and the rider's distance.
How do I cancel an order?
In My Orders tap Cancel order. You can cancel any order before it is shipped, free of charge.
When will I get my refund?
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after cancellation or return pickup.
What is the delivery OTP?
A 4-digit code shown in My Orders. Share it with the rider only when you receive your parcel.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password? on the login page and we will email you a reset link.
