When you get a refund
After a returned item passes quality check at pickup, or after a prepaid order is cancelled.
Refund time
Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking): refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Cash on Delivery: refunded to your bank account or UPI within 5-7 working days after you share the details.
Damaged or wrong items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. You will get a free replacement or a full refund.
