Cancellation Policy
Before shipping
You can cancel any order from My Orders until it is shipped. There is no cancellation fee.
After shipping
Once an order is shipped or out for delivery it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery or return the item after delivery as per the Return Policy.
Prepaid orders
The full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Seller cancellation
If a seller cannot fulfil your order, we cancel it, notify you and refund any amount paid.
