Return window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Fashion and footwear can be returned within 10 days. The exact window is shown on every product page.
Non-returnable items
Grocery, food, beauty and personal care items, innerwear and items marked "Non-returnable" cannot be returned once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, expired or wrong.
Condition
Items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, accessories, invoice and free gifts.
How to return
Go to My Orders, choose the delivered order and contact support with your order number. A rider will pick up the item from your address.
